Last Friday, I cooked 18 quarts of chili for my younger daughter's Christian Legal Society at the University of Tulsa. The Law School hosted its annual chili competition. The Tulsa law firms & campus organizations enter as contestants. There were 31 entries this year. We didn't win, but our chili was great!
CLS Chili(Small Batch)
2 lbs. ground chuck, salt as desired
1 onion, 1 small can jalapeño peppers
2 Tbls. chili powder, 2 Tbls. cumin
tomato sauce & water for desired consistency
The theme for the booth was The Ten Condiments of Chili!
